ZILLI was Founded in 1965 by a French family in partnership with Teofilo Zilli, an Italian tailor based in Lyon. The story began, based on the passion for leatherwork, punctuated with innovation, whims, risk-taking and sheer madness. Over the years the Lyon workshop was expanded, new markets captured, new materials used, new lines of products created and ZILLI raised as the first men’s niche luxury brand with a single desire: to remain faithful to the culture of quality. This heritage is ceaselessly present today in all ZILLI’s ateliers in Lyon – France, Bergamo and Pescara – Italy.

From 2022, NEGMA Group made the acquisition of the Brand with the ambition to support the International development and perpetuate the story and the savoir – faire. From family-owned and operated business to an international brand with global reach, ZILLI has remained true to its roots, defying the capricious nature of fashion by putting heritage and craftsmanship first. We continue to stand for perfection, making extraordinary clothes for extraordinary men who share our discerning tastes and pioneering spirit as well as our respect for tradition. ZILLI’s Franco-Italian origins are no strangers to the passion that drives the men and women who watch over the craftsmanship and extremely high quality of the creations on a daily basis. The new generations watch, learn, work and prepare in turn to write many beautiful pages in the history of the brand.

Measuring, cutting, trimming, embroidering, stitching, backing, assembling... these are the daily actions performed by the men and women of ZILLI, in the Italian and French ateliers, who have achieved perfect mastery of all the techniques, practices and knowledge of the art of masculine elegance.
